Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Can I change my shipping address?

If you notice an error, email asaijewelry1@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Check your tracking information, if available, and contact the carrier for updates. If you need further assistance, email us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my jewelry?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging. Email asaijewelry1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item back.

Which items cannot be returned?

Earrings and body jewelry, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items are excluded from returns under our return policy. Contact us if an item arrives defective or incorrect. Your applicable statutory rights are not affected.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact asaijewelry1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
