Welcome to ASAI (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of asaijewelry.com (the “Site”) and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Us

ASAI offers jewelry and accessories through our online store hosted on Shopify. ASAI operates as a Canadian jewelry business based in Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases or create an account on our Site.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Products and Availability

All jewelry and accessories are subject to availability. We may discontinue or modify products and prices, subject to applicable law. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless permitted by law.

Colors and product images may vary slightly due to device display settings.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless another currency is displayed.

6. Shipping

Available shipping destinations, options, and costs are displayed at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations subject to applicable trade, legal, or carrier restrictions.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. Responsibility for these charges is described in our Shipping Policy and any applicable checkout disclosures.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email asaijewelry1@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Earrings and body jewelry, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items are excluded from voluntary returns. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights concerning defective or incorrect products.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on the Site, including text, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to ASAI. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation. Prohibited actions include:

• Submitting false or misleading information

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or servers

• Uploading viruses or malicious code

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of product descriptions. This does not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Where legally permitted, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the products at issue. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect as indicated on this page, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively alter rights associated with prior purchases.
